Abstract: 

This paper aims at comparing the effects of different levels of training (general and specific in M.A. and associates of art) on the students' vocational skills. The methodology of the research is scientific-comparative. The required data was collected by two questionnaires. A population of 500 students was selected. The results of the statistical analysis with a<0.05 demonstrated that although the level of vocational skills of the officers who passed specific training courses was higher than those who passed general courses, both need more training and vocational skills.

Abstract: 

Background: creativity is one of the basic and vital characters of humankind that have an effective role in development and evolutionary of individual and civilization. Researchers believed that creative thinking trend origins in childhood. The affect of more variables on creativity were studied, but the impact of creativity training to mothers on creativity of  their preschool children ignored.Objective: This research investigated the effect of creativity training to mothers on creativity of preschool children.Method: The research method was qusi-experimental with pre-test, post-test and control group. The sample includes 60 preschool children who were selected with purposive sampling method, and each group was consisted of 30 children (15 females and 15 males). The children in both groups (experimental and control), were taken the Torrance Test of Creative Thinking A and B images form. After administering pre-test, the program of mothers training was conducted in 24 hours (once a week - each session 4 hours). Then the children involve the practices and plays in open space, and finally after two months the post test was performed. Data analysis was performed by MANOVA test.Result (s): Results showed that there is significant differences between experimental and control groups in the components of originality, fluid, extending authenticity and creativity. But there wasn't a significant difference in the component of flexibility. Also, there wasn't any significant differences between boys and girls in components of creativity.Conclusion: According to the results we could say that the creativity training to mothers can be effective on the preschooler's creativity.

Abstract: 

Aim: The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of Creativity training on creativity and self-esteem of female students in primary school in Islamshahr.Methods: For this purpose, 120 patients (60 cases and 60 controls) of elementary students were selected by cluster sampling. In this study, Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (1965) and Visual Creative Torrance (1969) is used. The collected data have been analyzed using ANCOVA.Results: The results showed that Creativity training has a positive effect on students' creativity and self-esteem. Training students' creativity to lead to a significant improvement of fluency, originality and elaboration in this group. But in terms of flexibility, there has been a significant growth.

Abstract: 

Purpose: The purpose of this research is to "investigate the impact of teachers' creativity training on students' creativity development and its implications on the teacher training curriculum". Materials and methods: This research was conducted using a quasi-experimental method with the aim of explaining the necessity of paying attention to teaching creativity in the curriculum of teacher training centers. For this purpose, two groups (n1=90n2) of first grade students of 6 primary schools in District 7 of Tehran (N=2975) in the academic year 2021-2022 were selected by random cluster sampling. Data were collected using "Form B" of Torrance's visual creativity test in two stages, pre-test and post-test. Findings: The results of data analysis using covariance analysis showed that there is a significant difference (P = 0. 05) between the two experimental and control groups. Conclusion: This means that the rate of creativity growth of students who were taught by teachers trained in the field of creativity is higher than children whose teachers have not been trained in this field.

Abstract: 

Objective: the purpose of this study is to make divergent thinking effective on creativity of preschool children.Methodology: In this quasi-experimental research 80 preschool children were selected using random sampling to divide into two experimental (n=40) and control (n=40) group, with respect to peering and based on intelligence test (Good enough-Harris Drawing Test). The experimental group received 19 sessions of divergent thinking training with dynamic method. The Sellier Creativity Test (Jean Louis, 1988) was performed in both groups, before and after training.Results: the information drawn from T-Test and covariate analysis showed that Divergent thinking training program with dynamic method plays a significant role to increase children’s creativity and the triple indices of fluidity, flexibility and innovation.Conclusion: it seems that employing divergent thinking training program with dynamic method is an effective way to further flourish children’s creativity, especially at the preschool age.

Abstract: 

Purpose: The purpose of this applied research is to study the effectiveness of gamification on corporate training.  Methodology: A gamified course was designed and implemented to train the location of Fire Hosing Cabinet for 24 employees of a firefighting maintenance company in Iran Mall shopping Center in Tehran. Using a quantitative quasi-experimental research plan (post-test only control group design) the participants of the study were randomly assigned to treatment (12) and control (12) groups and trained for a week.  Conclusion: The descriptive and interpretive result of the posttest analyses indicated the effectiveness of gamification of the training performed for the employees of the firefighting maintenance company in Iran Mall shopping Center in Tehran. Moreover, the descriptive result of Gamification Acceptance Questionnaire answered by the members of the experimental group after gamified training indicated that all the participants in the experimental group were satisfied with the gamified training course.

Abstract: 

This study aimed to introduce and evaluate PRIZ creative training method and compare it with TRIZ creativity and brain-storming creativity training methods on students' creative thinking at Islamic Azad University of Sarab Branch. To do so, a sample of 120 male and female students at Humanities, Engineering, and Medical Sciences departments of Islamic Azad University of Sarab were selected based on random sampling and voluntarily sampling methods and were assigned to three experimental groups (1, 2 and 3) and one control group. Each group consisted of 30 students: 10 students from the Department of Humanities (5 girls and 5 boys), 10 students from the Department of Engineering (5 girls and 5 boys) and 10 students from the Department of Medical Sciences (5 girls and 5 boys). In this study, a pretest - posttest quasi-experimental design was adopted including a control group and three independent educational variables of PRIZ, TRIZ and brainstorming creativity training methods and a dependent variable of creative thinking. The instrument used for the data collection was Torrance's Creativity Test Questionnaire. The data was analyzed using univariate analysis of covariance. The results of this study showed that training in PRIZ method increased creative thinking in students more than TRIZ and brainstorming methods. Also. the mean value of Creative Thinking in Engineering Department was higher than Medical Sciences and Humanities Departments. The mean value of creative thinking in boys was higher than girls but it was not meaningful. In other words, while PRIZ training increases creative thinking, gender and educational orientation are adjusting factors.

Abstract: 

Background: Creativity is one of the basic features of human and it’s effective to human civilization. Researchers believe that creativity training is effective on enhancing creativity.Objective: The main goal of this study was to investigate the effect of Creativity training on creativity dimensions.Method: 100 students randomly selected and again randomly divided into two groups of 50 persons (50 experimental and 50 controls) groups. In this study, pre-test, post-test control group was used. Prior to the implementation of the independent variable, Control and experimental groups responded to the picture Torrance creativity test (form B).After 10 sessions of creativity to the experimental group, both groups responded to the scale again. For data analysis, multivariate analysis of covariance (MANCOVA) was used.Result (s): The results showed that there was significant difference between the experimental and control groups after controlling for pre-test variables.Conclusion: The results of ANCOVA showed significant differences between the scores of fluid, originality and elaboration but there wasn’t any significant difference between the pos- test of initiative and flexibility.
